I own what could possibly be the very last edsel built. I have been told by the E.O.C. that according to the calculations made on 1960 Edsel's that since 1977 i have the highest serial number 1960. I bought this car from Dave Lee who bought it from Phil Skinner.

The car is a Ranger 4-dr sedan, 292, mile-o-matic, radio, heater, and is painted Sahara Beige & Polar White. The serial number follows Michael Cowles Sea Foam Convertible 703192, my car is 703193 and has a build date of November 19, 1959 the day the Edsel came to the end.

I am currently restoring this car to near original specs. The car will now feature new paint (same colors), new reproduction "A" code brown pebblecloth, factory air conditioning, and 312ci Y-Block featuring 285h.p. with a four barrel carb, and to top it all off, a rare Y-Block Cruise-O-Matic trans.

I am always looking for information on this specific vehicle. Does anybody know if this is really the last one!
